Job Requirements
- 7+ years in performance creative, growth marketing, or paid social with a track record of building winning creative at scale
- Hands-on experience in ad accounts or closely collaborating with media buyers
- Ability to think in hooks and analyze performance metrics (thumbstop rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR)
- Experience managing or leading a creative function with measurable results
- A reel or portfolio demonstrating creative volume and results
