• Supports the development and execution of Clinical Supply strategies for all 4DMT’s Phase 1/2/3 investigational drug products and ancillaries. • Coordinate and track bulk drug orders to ensure adherence to pre-defined supply and resupply timelines. • Monitor site inventory on a daily basis; coordinate and track drug shipments to ensure uninterrupted supply. • Supports drug product inventory management and distribution in partnership with 4DMT’s clinical partners; evaluates drug utilization versus forecast considering country requirements and logistical timeline. • Maintains study and depot-level accountability and reconciliation documentation to support regulatory compliance and study closeout. • Tracks and resolves study and depot level temperature excursions. Provide routine reporting of drug wastage due to these excursions. • Archives Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation. • Maintain traceable documentation to support GXP activities. • Archives documentation on Trial Master Files as required.

• Delivering service training courses both in person and via webinar • Leading training sessions end to end, with support from back-office teams • Preparing new technical training content for new product development launches • Updating existing training materials to reflect current production and product changes • Designing new e-learning content for the Bobcat learning platform • Recommending and exploring modern training methods, tools, and formats • Creating tests and assessments to measure training effectiveness • Ensuring high participant satisfaction and continuous improvement in training quality • Working closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and aftermarket teams • Representing the Bobcat brand in a professional, collaborative, and positive way

• Deliver one-on-one online math lessons for high school students across North America, teach subjects including Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, and Geometry, and related SAT Math topics, aligned with the CCSS framework • Prepare and customize lesson content based on individual student needs, ensuring well-structured and high-quality instruction • Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance to support student understanding and continuous improvement

• Responsible for enrolling trial courses for clients, setting up new classes in the system, managing student transfers between classes, processing student refunds, and handling the mailing of course materials. • Recommend suitable classes based on students' learning progress to ensure the smooth delivery of educational services. • Assist teaching staff with additional tasks as needed, such as gathering student feedback, coordinating teacher schedules, and participating in course quality assessments.
