Threat Development Analyst
UG Solutions
• Build target dossiers and investigative files from minimal data points. • Fuse OSINT/SIGINT with private investigative methods (records, skip tracing, surveillance, interviews). • Deliver concise, actionable briefs to EP and GSOC operators. • Conduct lawful surveillance, records pulls, and evidence handling with chain-of-custody. • Flag emerging threats to safety, security, or reputation.
Job Requirements
- OSINT/SIGINT background (military, LE, corporate intel, or PI).
- Active PI license in at least one state (or ability to obtain quickly).
- Proficiency with investigative databases (CLEAR, Accurint, TLOxp, PACER).
- Familiarity with OSINT/SIGINT tools (Maltego, Shodan, SDR platforms).
- Strong writing skills — operational, concise, source-validated.
- U.S. work eligibility + ability to pass enhanced background screening.
- Preferred ArcGIS/Esri geospatial skills.
- Prior EP/GSOC support experience.
