• Conduct operations with a high level of safety conformity in accordance with industry best practices. • Complete data collection, initially focused on internal inspections of wind turbine blades, but later expanding to other inspection types on wind turbines but possible other energy infrastructure as well, to the highest standard with minimum defects. • Support Operations in the successful completion of data capture across multiple verticals. • Provide detailed and meaningful feedback to the product and engineering teams on Zeitview or other OEM technology. • Determine collection strategy for projects based on the requirements of the project. • Operate/diagnose remotely controlled apparatus in challenging conditions. • Maintain and publish current statuses using effective mission tools available to all stakeholders. • Plan and assist in the development of operations training and workflows. • Communicate with local stakeholders to determine operational requirements. • Travel to and from remote job sites throughout the United States

• Conduct drone inspections of wind turbine blades and other infrastructure in accordance with safety protocols and SOPs • Complete image and data capture missions with a high degree of precision and minimal defects • Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot remote-controlled equipment in varied field conditions • Meet data capture performance expectations to include rate of capture completion, data management, quality of imagery, safety performance metrics, and project communication • Conduct training of new Data Capture Specialists or Contractors based on employee’s proficiency
