As an integral member of our litigation team, you will handle a variety of litigation matters involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, construction, breach of contract/business disputes, tort claims, and more. From inception to resolution, you will have the opportunity to manage every aspect of your cases including legal strategy, research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, arguing motions in court, attending mediations, and trial. • Triage and respond to privacy requests using client's macro system to address data access requests, opt-out requests, email unsubscribes, privacy policy questions, and general data protection inquiries • Guide users through self-service solutions for account deletion, data downloads, email changes, 2FA issues, and privacy settings adjustments • Process account deletion confirmations - the primary action involving confirming user identity/intent and routing tickets to the daily bulk account deletion queue for processing • Identify and flag regulator requests for immediate escalation to the DPO team • Redirect specialized requests to appropriate teams including Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Copyright, and Legal as needed • Apply appropriate closure protocols for spam, resolved issues, or situations requiring no further action • Maintain appropriate security, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking bankruptcy protection and financial relief • Handle inbound calls, assess potential clients’ financial situations, explain the firm’s services clearly • Confidently guide qualified prospects toward signing with the firm whenever appropriate • Follow up with warm leads, re-engaging no-shows, and ensure that motivated prospects do not fall through the cracks • Document all conversations accurately and thoroughly in the firm’s systems • Collaborate with the internal team to refine intake processes and improve conversion performance
