• Responsible for day-to-day activities focused mostly on directly engaging with potential investors, and managing the investor relationship cycle. • Work directly with our clients to help them build their investor base and raise capital through various channels, leveraging your experience. • Fully utilize our dynamic investor platform customized for the client to drive inbound lead funnels. • Maintain ongoing interaction with investors to build strong relationships and expand networking opportunities. • Develop and implement strategic capital raising plans. • Keep the team informed of your progress and assist in the investor onboarding process.
Job Requirements
- Fluent, professional-level English (written and spoken)
- Background in capital raising, finance, investor relations, private equity, real estate, or startups.
- Strong understanding of private capital and alternative investments.

• The Loan Closer is responsible for the preparation of mortgage closing documents • In addition, the Loan Closer is responsible for ensuring all essential information is accurate while communicating with internal staff as well as settlement agents to solve all closing issues in a timely manner • Understand and follow all closing procedures to comply with all Federal and State requirements • Check accuracy for all essential information provided at submission for closing • Communicate with loan officer, processing, and underwriting staff • Prepare accurate figures for monthly payments, escrows, prepaid interest, etc • Produce and organize all closing documents and disclosures including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
• Review investor loan deficiencies and resolve them without involving the underwriter, branch, or borrowers. • Conduct daily reviews of investor loan pipelines to identify suspended loans requiring remediation. • Validate all suspense conditions and provide resolutions by the specified cure date. • Clarify documentation requirements with investors as needed. • Work with internal departments, external partners, and borrowers to obtain necessary documentation promptly. • Prepare formal written responses to agencies and investors when audits reveal deficiencies. • Accurately track and record all events and communications related to loan files. • Monitor daily condition reports from investors for updates on deficient loans or new conditions. • Track aged loans in the active pipeline until they are purchased by the investor. • Maintain a strong understanding of Agency and Investor guidelines and overlays. • Meet daily production goals set by management and adhere to internal SLA timelines. • Provide ongoing quality service and maintain confidentiality of all files and information.
• Track Lead Notes received from LO (Loan Officer) • Monitor incoming “App Submitted” emails, and set up the Encompass files to align with LO Lead Notes • Complete “File Set-up” review when App & Docs are received from the client. Includes ordering credit, organizing docs in Encompass, correcting obvious errors on the client app, etc • Send files to the Pre-Approval team when we have sufficient docs for them to complete their review. • Run DU/LP and Order appraisals when needed (if no PIW/ACE) • Send client needs list after initial file review • Send client needs list after the Preapproval team completes their review • Obtain correct EOI, VOE’s, and HOA docs when requested from LOA/Processor • Ensure that EOI and other documents are correct at the time of funding to avoid funding delays • Maintain a tracker of all files on their desk, including what is outstanding on each file, to ensure that no file slips through the cracks.
