Real Estate Photographer
Freestone Property Group
• Capture high-resolution photos of residential and commercial properties, including interiors, exteriors, and common areas. • Perform Matterport 3D scans and create immersive virtual tours for property listings. • Manage lighting and equipment on-site to ensure optimal image quality regardless of the environment. • Coordinate with agents and homeowners to ensure the property is "camera-ready" upon arrival. • Maintain a consistent aesthetic that aligns with our brand standards. • Upload and manage raw files and 3D data within strict deadlines for post-production.
Job Requirements
- 1 year of professional/hobbyist photography experience
- Strong understanding of wide-angle photography, HDR (High Dynamic Range) shooting, and architectural composition.
- Experience or functional knowledge of Matterport hardware (Pro2/Pro3) or the Matterport Capture app.
- Basic familiarity with Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop for minor adjustments.
- Must have access to a professional-grade DSLR or Mirrorless camera, a wide-angle lens, and a sturdy tripod.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to travel between various property locations within Brooklyn and Queens punctually.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with agents and Freestone team members.
