• Conduct property showings and open houses, delivering accurate and engaging information to prospective tenants. • Manage leads with daily activity updates and weekly performance reports. • Build and maintain strong relationships with local brokers and agents to keep a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects. • Negotiate lease terms to maximize occupancy while ensuring alignment with company policies. • Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and ensure a seamless leasing process. • Stay informed on local Brooklyn market trends and competition to keep our portfolio competitive.
Job Requirements
- Knowledgeable about the Brooklyn rental market and its trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and industry partners.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of lease success.
- Driven, motivated, and a self-starter who takes initiative and consistently pursues opportunities.
- Valid New York Real Estate Salesperson License required.
- 1–3 years of experience in leasing or brokerage preferred.

• Support pre-award feasibility projects • Provide feasibility analysis for pre-award RFPs • Review clinical protocols and client information • Present feasibility analysis to clients • Interface with colleagues and gather feasibility information • Participate in BDM and client calls • Provide support to post-award feasibility projects • Provide management of feasibility project team
