Field Verification Apprentice
Regenified™
• Learn Regenified’s verification standards, field methodologies, and soil health indicators through hands-on fieldwork, shadowing, and ongoing coaching. • Support on-site verification visits by traveling to farms and field locations primarily across North America (some international travel required). • Maintain rigorous, organized, and defensible field notes, photos, and supporting records to support reporting and QA processes. • Prepare materials, confirm schedules, and support evidence checklists to ensure efficient, complete, and professional field visits. • Work alongside Verifiers, Lead Verifiers, and producers to help collect missing documentation and clarify evidence requirements. • Follow workflows and SOPs consistently while flagging issues and contributing improvement ideas based on field experience. • Support a positive, professional experience for producers by communicating clearly, respectfully, and accurately in the field.
Job Requirements
- A strong interest in regenerative agriculture and a desire to learn alongside farmers, ranchers, and verification professionals.
- Experience in agriculture, conservation, soil health, verification support, or hands-on field work.
- Curious, coachable, and motivated to develop technical and professional skills through real-world experience.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following defined processes and checklists.
- Able to observe, document, and communicate field conditions accurately while identifying potential issues or inconsistencies.
- Comfortable working in a team-based delivery model, receiving feedback, and representing Regenified professionally in the field.
