Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Business, Stakeholdern und Entwicklungsteams und stellst sicher, dass aus Anforderungen konkrete, umsetzbare und wertschöpfende Produktinkremente entstehen. - Verantwortung für das Product Backlog (Pflege, Priorisierung, Refinement) - Übersetzung von Anforderungen aus Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern in klare User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien - Sicherstellung eines kontinuierlichen Wertflusses im Kanban- bzw. agilen Arbeitsumfeld - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams, insbesondere im Microsoft-Ökosystem (z. B. M365, Azure) - Aktive Steuerung und Moderation von Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Unternehmensebenen - Unterstützung bei der Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Produktvision und Roadmap - Integration und Weiterentwicklung von AI-basierten Funktionen im Produkt (z. B. Copilot, LLM-basierte Features) - Zusammenarbeit mit UX, Data und Engineering zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Nutzererfahrung - Sicherstellung von Qualität, Usability und Business Impact der umgesetzten Features Qualifications - Standort in Deutschland - Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, Product Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im Softwareumfeld - Arbeiten im agilen Umfeld (Scrum, Kanban oder vergleichbar) ist für Dich selbstverständlich - Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Priorisierung von Backlogs - Know-how im Microsoft-Umfeld (M365, Azure, Microsoft-basierte Anwendungsentwicklung) - Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in klare, technisch umsetzbare Arbeitspakete zu übersetzen - Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management, inkl. souveränem Auftreten auf Management- bzw.
