Senior Land Surveyor
NexGen Enterprises
• Stamp, seal, and take professional responsibility for boundary, mortgage, topographic, and construction surveys • QA and review all survey deliverables produced by field crews and drafters before they go to clients • Communicate directly with title agents, real estate attorneys, engineers, and developers in the Orlando market • Ensure all work complies with Florida Statutes Chapter 472 and applicable administrative codes • Mentor Surveyors in Training (SITs) and junior drafters, reviewing their work and supporting their path to licensure • Identify and flag project scope issues, legal description discrepancies, or field data problems before they become client problems
Job Requirements
- Active Florida Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license — required
- Solid command of Florida survey law and practical experience across boundary, mortgage, and topo work
- Comfortable reviewing CAD-drafted documents and field notes for accuracy and completeness
- Client-facing confidence — you can explain a legal description discrepancy to an attorney without losing them
- Detail-obsessed but efficient — you know when something needs to go back to the drafter and when it's ready to seal

Heavy Equipment Technician – Journeyman

• Operating from our Kearl Lake client shop, this position involves shop and field repairs to our fleet of heavy-duty highway trucks. • Repair or replace defective parts, components or systems. • Install new or replacement parts according to manufacturer and/or truck specification. • Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure work completed meets manufacturers’ specification and AB Transportation regulations. • Completion of repair documentation including but not limited to work order, field level risk assessment, and hazard identification. • Follow instructions for tasks assigned by shop supervisor. • Complete daily housekeeping of assigned area or service vehicle to ensure maintenance of company image. • Attend daily tool box and safety meetings as scheduled and adhere to corporate and site safety regulations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. • Assist in organizing and optimizing office workflows.
