• Stamp and seal mortgage, boundary, and topographic surveys for closing-driven clients (title companies, real estate attorneys) • QA and review survey deliverables produced by drafters before client delivery • Communicate with clients on turnaround timelines, scope questions, and deliverable issues • Oversee project flow from field data receipt through final sealed document • Flag compliance issues and ensure all work meets Florida Chapter 472 requirements • Coordinate with field crews and drafters to resolve data gaps or discrepancies efficiently

• Stamp, seal, and take professional responsibility for boundary, mortgage, topographic, and construction surveys • QA and review all survey deliverables produced by field crews and drafters before they go to clients • Communicate directly with title agents, real estate attorneys, engineers, and developers in the Orlando market • Ensure all work complies with Florida Statutes Chapter 472 and applicable administrative codes • Mentor Surveyors in Training (SITs) and junior drafters, reviewing their work and supporting their path to licensure • Identify and flag project scope issues, legal description discrepancies, or field data problems before they become client problems

• Perform boundary, topographic, construction staking, and control surveys independently • Operate GPS, Total Stations, and data collectors with accuracy and care • Interpret project plans, survey plats, and specifications to guide field activities • Collect and document clear, precise field notes and sketches for each project • Communicate proactively with NexGen project managers on progress and site conditions • Uphold safety standards and quality expectations on every job
