• Engage with targeted, large enterprise prospects to identify suboptimal business processes and related pain points • Partner with the industry solution and account executive teams to better understand and address industry-specific and company challenges • Deliver customer-tailored, strategic, executive-level Board Platform and Solutions presentations and demonstrations that clearly convey Board's value proposition • Collaborate with the Sales Team to contribute to RFP/RFI completion, develop and execute compelling Board Solution Demos and Proof of Concepts/Value for prospects or existing customers • Support and cross-train teammates and partners in developing their knowledge of Board Solutions and subject matter expertise • Create product and solutions awareness in the marketplace through thought leadership and industry engagement • Ensure a strong technical fit between Board's SaaS and technical offerings and the client's analytical needs • Document and transition deal knowledge to ensure a successful handoff to the implementation team for all winning proposals

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in either supply chain planning or retail planning
  • Experience with supply chain planning processes and/or retail planning applications
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external clients
  • Ability to take a consultative approach by listening to customer needs and shaping a shared vision for a solution
  • Ability to demonstrate thought leadership and develop credibility with prospects and customers as a trusted advisor in the planning space
  • Growth mindset and comfort with challenging conventional approaches
  • Experience with Merchandise Planning, Supply Planning, Optimization, and other retail planning areas (preferred)
  • Familiarity with multi-dimensional planning models, BI or Analytics platforms (Board, Anaplan, Pigment, etc.) (preferred)
  • Background in enterprise software presales or solution consulting (preferred)
