• Own and evolve Comfrt's Home product aesthetic, design language, and category vision. • Establish a clear point of view on materials, fabrication, comfort innovation, color, prints, patterns, construction, and finishing techniques. • Translate customer insights, sales performance, trend research, and market opportunities into commercially successful assortments. • Drive seasonal and long-term product strategy across core and emerging Home categories. • Ensure all products remain authentic to Comfrt's brand DNA while introducing meaningful innovation. • Lead category storytelling and create products that reinforce Comfrt's mission around comfort, wellness, sleep, and mental well-being. • Lead the end-to-end product creation process from concept through production approval. • Oversee product development across bedding, blankets, pillows, sleep accessories, and future home categories. • Partner closely with Product Development, Technical Design, and Sourcing to ensure products meet quality, margin, and timeline objectives. • Drive continuous improvement of core programs while introducing innovative new products. • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, comfort expectations, and product performance. • Lead trend research across home, wellness, lifestyle, sleep, hospitality, interiors, and comfort categories. • Identify emerging consumer trends, white-space opportunities, and future growth categories. • Partner with suppliers and Product Development to elevate fabric innovation, fills, finishes, performance features, and comfort technologies. • Drive innovation in weighted products, sensory products, sleep solutions, recovery products, and comfort-focused home experiences. • Stay ahead of industry trends while maintaining a unique Comfrt point of view. • Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Planning, and Finance to build assortments that support sales, margin, and inventory objectives. • Utilize sales reports, customer insights, competitive analysis, and market research to influence product strategy. • Understand category performance at the SKU and style level to identify opportunities and risks. • Participate in assortment architecture, category planning, pricing strategy, and product roadmap development. • Balance creativity with commercial decision-making to maximize business results. • Lead, mentor, and develop home category team members. • Establish clear priorities, product direction, and accountability across the category. • Build scalable processes that support rapid growth while maintaining excellence. • Own the Home category calendar and ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on time. • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, speed, and continuous improvement. • Partner closely with Product Development, Technical Design, Sourcing, Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams. • Align category strategy with business objectives, launch calendars, and operational capabilities. • Collaborate on product storytelling, launch strategies, and seasonal campaigns. • Support vendor partnerships by providing clear product vision and innovation direction. • Ensure product intent is maintained throughout development and production.

Job Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in Home, Bedding, Home Textiles, Soft Goods, Lifestyle Products, or related categories
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams
  • Strong understanding of bedding construction, textiles, fills, fabrics, trims, finishing techniques, and manufacturing processes
  • Proven ability to build commercially successful product categories that drive growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage sales data, market insights, and customer feedback to inform decisions
  • Experience utilizing sales and reporting tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Deep understanding of home trends, consumer behavior, and competitive market dynamics
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management and prioritization abilities
