• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow market share and exceed revenue targets. • Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and consultative engagement to negotiation and closing. • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with clinicians, practice owners, and key decision-makers. • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution-based presentations that align Topcon’s technology with customer needs. • Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure post-sale success. • Stay ahead of market trends, NHS developments, and competitor activity to shape strategic decisions.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare technology sales.
- Proven success in territory management, solution selling, and strategic account growth.
- Familiarity with the optometry or ophthalmology sector is ideal.
- Strong understanding of NHS and private eye care procurement pathways.
- A data-driven mindset, using CRM insights and KPIs to shape territory planning and performance.
