• Draft, negotiate and manage a high volume and wide variety of contracts, including master service agreements, statements of work, amendments, clinical trial agreements throughout the lifecycle of the study, confidentiality agreements, and consulting agreements. • Evaluate legal and contractual risks and escalate matters in accordance with BeOne policies and guidance. • Provide practical, solution-oriented legal support to BeOne business functions, including research and development, procurement, finance, manufacturing, information technology, and others. • Ensure contract terms and conditions are compliant with applicable laws and regulations as well as accurately reflect BeOne intent and strategy. • Train and educate BeOne business functions on the use of contract templates, applicable playbooks, relevant legal issues, and good contracting practices. • Assist in implementing new contracts policies and procedures. • Lead and participate in special projects and successfully drive change with the organization as needed. • Partner cross-functionally to develop contracting approaches for new business strategies. • Conduct legal research, as needed, on a range of legal issues, including applicable laws, regulations, and contract-related matters, to support negotiations and business decision-making.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including B2B customer contracts, SaaS agreements, API licensing, payment network agreements (e.g., Visa), and strategic partnerships. • Support corporate compliance requirements for Mexican entities, including maintaining corporate records and liaising with external counsel as needed. • Navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks relating to payments, digital assets, and data privacy. • Assist in obtaining and maintaining financial licenses across key global markets. • Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice on day-to-day operational, product and strategic issues. • Work closely with product, finance, compliance and risk teams to assess legal risks and implement solutions aligned with business goals.

• Advise product and engineering teams on legal issues across the product lifecycle (e.g., data use, integrations, encryption, export controls, OSS use) • Review new features, architectures, and vendor integrations for IP and product risk • Support AI feature reviews, including participation in AI impact assessment processes • Help identify recurring risks and propose scalable solutions (AI agents and automations, playbooks, templates) • Review and advise on open source software usage and licensing • Support OSS compliance processes and internal tooling • Assist with drafting and updating OSS and IP-related policies • Support patent program, including invention harvesting, disclosure review, and coordination with outside counsel • Assist with trademark clearance, filings, and portfolio management • Partner with commercial legal team to support negotiation of IP, AI, and product-related terms • Support IP diligence for acquisitions and strategic partnerships • Help draft and maintain IP, AI, and product-related policies • Deliver practical guidance and training to business teams • Contribute to building scalable legal processes (e.g., templates, workflows, intake systems)
