Regional VP of Development
Caron Treatment Centers
• Overall responsibility of advancing Caron’s fundraising and Regional Advisory Board (RAB) engagement/growth efforts in their region. • Oversees the management and growth of the RAB, including coordination of quarterly meeting, preparing agendas, communicating with the RAB at large, recruitment of new membership. • Works collaboratively with the Regional Advisory Board on the development and execution of regional board goals that align with Caron’s strategic plan. • Works with the Vice President of Regional Advancement and the Chief Development Officer (CDO) to meet annual and campaign related fundraising goals specific to their Region. • Coordinates frequent high-level prospect meetings with the President and CEO. • Identifies, cultivates, solicits and stewards major gift prospects in their region. • Collaborates with the Regional Alumni Coordinator to develop a pipeline of new major gift prospects. • Actively participates in monthly Major Gift, High Capacity and Regional Development meetings. • Updates Salesforce regularly with appropriate notes and activity. • Responsible for leadership and coordination of the annual dinner to reach/exceed fundraising goals. • Represents Caron at area special events where key donors or constituents are involved.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of fundraising experience.
- Major gift and special event experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with a Board of Directors and Special Event Committees is strongly preferred.
- If in recovery, one year continuous sobriety is preferred.
- A meaningful connection to addiction and recovery is preferred but not required.

Role Description The Vice President of Payer Relations is a senior executive responsible for defining and leading The Emily Program’s payer strategy across commercial, Medicaid/Medicare, and other managed care partners. This leader ensures sustainable reimbursement, expanded access to care, and alignment between payer contracts and The Emily Program’s specialized eating disorder care delivery model across all levels of care (inpatient, residential, PHP, IOP, outpatient, virtual services). The VP serves as the organization’s primary executive liaison with payers and leads all payer-facing strategy, including contract negotiations, reimbursement innovation, and payer performance governance. This is a transformational leadership role responsible for advancing The Emily Program’s payer strategy from a transactional contracting model to an enterprise, strategic, and value-driven partnership model. Salary Range: $180,000 - $210,000 Base Salary, commensurate with experience and competencies of the role. Location: Remote - Must be located in the United States.
