Action Officer
Defense Acquisition Support Services LLC
• Provide operations and administrative management support to enable senior staff to provide timely responses to tasks and requests from internal offices and external agencies and manage work tasks internal to the office. • Review and/or edit the daily calendars of senior staff to facilitate efficient and effective schedule planning. • Manage SharePoint portal tools, and other planning tools in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and guidance provided. • Track and update taskers assigned. • Prepare read-ahead and briefing materials, support and schedule meetings, schedule conference rooms, schedule and support teleconferences and video teleconferences and other administrative support tasks as directed. • Coordinate and host meetings on MS TEAMS, VTC and phone bridges. • Coordinate regularly with staff performing similar functions at other offices and/or locations. • Perform other duties assigned which enhance the operations and administrative functions. • Managing the Organizational Inspection Program across the Center along with the Managers Internal Controls Program both of which require monitoring, consolidating information, responding to requests and coordinating with our higher headquarters.
Job Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
- 3+yrs experience & Bachelors Degree (4yrs experience may substitute degree)
- Experience with using MS Outlook, the MS Office suite of programs and Teams
- Strong written and oral communication skills are a must
- Attention to detail and the ability to operate independently or with a team
