• Provide 24/7 coverage for organ placement coordination, managing donor organ offers through post-transplant recipient phases • Communicate and collaborate effectively with transplant centers, surgeons, and donor organizations • Adhere to OPTN policies and ensure compliance with transplant regulations • Accurately review donor and recipient charts and facilitate real-time documentation of accepted cases • Ensure seamless coordination of transplant logistics, utilizing standard templates and workflows • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to team education

• Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance • Handle breakdowns, service calls, and scheduled work at customer locations • Work on engines, brakes, suspension, electrical, emissions systems, and more • Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers to complete jobs efficiently • Document work accurately via our service system

• Place calls to existing stockholders to provide assistance • Answer questions and offer voting services for Annual/Special Shareholder Meetings • Participate in computer-based training

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Support negotiations by preparing documentation and analyzing proposed terms. • Maintain centralized systems for tracking contract status, renewals, and compliance requirements. • Ensure timely execution and storage of agreements for audit readiness. • Serve as a resource for TCN members regarding contract-related inquiries and processes. • Prepare templates and guidance documents for members to streamline contracting activities. • Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure contracts meet regulatory and quality standards. • Maintain HIPAA Business Associate Agreements and update as needed. • Work closely with payer engagement, credentialing, and finance teams to align contract terms with operational needs. • Develop and maintain operational and recordkeeping systems for efficient performance and audit records of TCN and member contracts and agreements. • Prepare support resources for members and internal use. • Connect with other TCN employees to ensure coordination of contracts between departments, as indicated. • Strive to create and enhance the quality of contract-related product offerings to TCN members and clients. • Assist with process improvement activities that will benefit core duties. • Provide standard and ad hoc reports in user-friendly formats to TCN leaders and members. • Resolve all work-related problems promptly and use good judgment in escalating important issues to leadership. • Perform other duties as assigned.
