Job Requirements

• Growing and seeking prospective Real Estate Agents • Offers Real Estate School at office two days a week for agents • Once licensed, agents start working right away • Work in various areas of real estate including sales, buying, and selling • Agents are treated as #1 within the company
• Licensed Agents to work referrals with immediate access to leads • Focus on showing homes and working with clients without spending on leads or advertisements • Support from an Inside Sales Team for leads nurturing
• Guide older adults and their caregivers through the intake process • Ensure patients feel supported through the care journey • Match patients with the right therapist • Provide emotional guidance and reassurance throughout the process
