• You will be providing support and service to clients by receiving and processing orders related to corporate public record filings and document retrieval. • Communicate with clients, coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner. • Utilize systems to build transactions and release various portions of the order to coworkers, correspondents, or state/county offices for processing. • Generate proposals for clients, including fees and turnaround expectations. • Access public record websites to file and retrieve publicly recorded documents. • Review, prepare, and submit filings, paying close attention to rules and regulations. • Maintain clear records throughout transactions to ensure accurate results and invoicing.
Job Requirements
- You have direct and relevant industry experience in nationwide corporate transactions, including, but not limited to, formations, mergers, conversions, qualifications, amendments, withdraws, dissolutions, and document retrieval.
- You have 5+ years of experience in corporate public record filings and document retrieval.
- Strong organizational and time management skills: You have the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects / assignments.
- You have a strong attention to detail and exhibit a reasonable sense of urgency when processing orders to completion.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are eager to use new tools and learn new processes and technologies.
- You are adaptable to changing priorities while working in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
- You demonstrate a positive attitude and are courteous and polite even during difficult conversations.
- You are a reliable individual able to follow an assigned work schedule.
