Job Description

Setter – Online Health Consulting

Podiom Health GmbH

• Opening calls: You contact 100+ inbound leads every day who have signed up via our lead magnets — by phone, email, or WhatsApp (no cold calling) — and convert these into qualified initial conversations. • Setting calls: You conduct 1–5 setting calls daily with interested prospects and assess whether they qualify for the consultation. You ensure that prospects attend the scheduled consultation. • CRM maintenance: You document all relevant information carefully and systematically in our CRM to ensure a smooth process and a clear handover to closing. • Sales meetings: You participate in our daily sales meetings to coordinate with the team, share learnings, and make your progress transparent.

Job Requirements

  • Persuasiveness & communication skills: You present confidently, inspire people, and persuade with a clear, friendly manner of speaking.
  • Responsibility & proactivity: You take ownership, see what needs to be done, act in a solution-focused way, think ahead, and keep track of your tasks and priorities without constant supervision.
  • Process-oriented work style: You work reliably according to existing procedures and understand the importance of structured processes for sustainable success.
  • Quick comprehension & discipline: You can quickly get up to speed on new topics, work in a focused manner, and keep an overview even under high workload.
  • Strong communication & precision: You have excellent verbal skills, express yourself clearly and precisely, and pay attention to detail in daily work.
  • Emotional intelligence & empathy: You have a good sense for people, can empathize with conversation partners, and quickly recognize needs and moods.
  • Pleasant telephone voice & professional demeanor: Your calm, friendly, and pleasant voice creates a positive call atmosphere and builds trust.
  • Secure written expression in German: You communicate in writing in German without errors and can formulate content professionally and understandably.

Benefits

  • 100% remote: Our team works fully remote — giving you complete geographic freedom.
  • Top earnings & growth: Gross salary of €4,000 per month with the opportunity to progress to a Closer role over time.
  • Warm leads: We grow via paid advertising — prospects apply to us, not the other way around.
  • Individual training: Receive coaching from top sales experts to help you become the best version of yourself.
  • High customer satisfaction: We have over 900 Trustpilot reviews with an average rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars.
  • Rapidly growing health market: No other market is growing as fast as health. We serve strong demand from a financially capable audience, including doctors, therapists, alternative practitioners (Heilpraktiker), and coaches.
  • High customer lifetime value: Thanks to sequential offers and a high retention rate, there is consistent upsell potential that you will directly benefit from.
  • State-of-the-art processes: Expect clear processes, proven scripts, and daily team exchange so you have the best setup for sales success.
  • Short sales cycle: From first contact to closing often only takes a few days — thanks to a well-tested and continuously optimized sales process.
