• Organize all activities within a Restaurant Kitchen area • Develop and maintain the restaurant's cuisine concepts and standards for food preparation and presentation • Be familiar with the local market and recommend menu changes according to the seasonal product availability • Achieve department budget goals and minimize food cost • Adhere to Anantara food preparation and presentation guidelines • Maintain food safety & protection • Accurately forecast business demands weekly • Maintain outlet safety at all times • Responsible for asset management of all outlet properties and facilities • Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis • Lead and fully participate in departmental training • Supervise all associates including hiring and discipline • Promote positive inter-departmental relations

• Serve the guests in accordance with our standards and quality in a gracious and courteous manner • Ensure that the bar is professionally set up at all times • Process drink orders quickly and efficiently • Take pride in all facets of service, quality, appearance, and cleanliness of yourself and your area of responsibility • Understand and adhere to the Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures, and Beverage Manual

• Support Accounts Receivable and Cash Applications functions • Process insurance and patient payments accurately and in a timely manner • Perform account follow-up on outstanding balances, including insurance claims and patient accounts • Identify and resolve claim issues, denials, and payment discrepancies • Assist with maintaining efficient billing, collections, and cash application workflows • Utilize Practice Management Software effectively • Ensure timely claim submission and posting of payments • Assist with maintaining and updating payor fee schedules • Verify reimbursement accuracy and report discrepancies • Meet productivity and accuracy standards for assigned tasks • Monitor assigned work queues and ensure timely completion • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding account issues

• Provide patients with the highest level of care • Follow policies and procedures stipulated by PTI Mobile Lab • Procure blood and laboratory specimens using standard procedures • Process specimens and transport to local lab or PSC
