• Organize all activities within a Restaurant Kitchen area • Develop and maintain the restaurant's cuisine concepts and standards for food preparation and presentation • Be familiar with the local market and recommend menu changes according to the seasonal product availability • Achieve department budget goals and minimize food cost • Adhere to Anantara food preparation and presentation guidelines • Maintain food safety & protection • Accurately forecast business demands weekly • Maintain outlet safety at all times • Responsible for asset management of all outlet properties and facilities • Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis • Lead and fully participate in departmental training • Supervise all associates including hiring and discipline • Promote positive inter-departmental relations

• Serve the guests in accordance with our standards and quality in a gracious and courteous manner • Ensure that the bar is professionally set up at all times • Process drink orders quickly and efficiently • Take pride in all facets of service, quality, appearance, and cleanliness of yourself and your area of responsibility • Understand and adhere to the Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures, and Beverage Manual

• Follow and implement all operational security procedures within the hotel • Oversight of all contractors, suppliers or vendors working on property • Protect all guest and staff areas of the hotel from unauthorized access or intruders • Keep the security and hotel senior management informed on all matters relating to the Security aspects of the hotel on a daily basis.
