• Responsible for day-to-day network operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring network stability and security. • Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, resolve connectivity issues, and implement security measures. • Provide user support and training and collaborate on network upgrades and expansions. • Supports and maintains servers, networks, desktop hardware, software, and applications. • Identity Management in Entra, active directory and OneLogin. • Group Policy cleanup, design and implementation. • Management and maintenance of mobile devices in Intune and Apple Business Manager. • Support on/off boarding of employees and devices. • Maintains the backups, security management, user account management, e-mail systems, internet access, office systems and application support.
