Job Description

Deputy Campaign Data Director

Shawmut Services LLC

• Design and build reports and tools for the Revolution Field Strategies team as well as key stakeholders in line with key programmatic priorities, including, but not limited to Organizing, mobilization, and petitioning, and voter registration teams • Assist in developing targeting and resource allocation • Create and maintain data standards to ensure data capture and hygiene • Develop and present VAN | Votebuilder and Blocks training materials to the Organizing Team in statewide, small group and one-on-one settings • Respond to data support requests and flags • Support other members of the Data Team to complete projects as necessary • Responsible for managing data associates

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years working in the paid field work space or 2 campaign cycles
  • Must possess a computer with at least 8 gigabytes of ram, 32 gigabytes recommended.
  • Must have two computer monitors
  • Familiarity with digital campaign tools (Slack, Google Suite, NGP VAN, etc.)
  • Experience using VAN (Votebuilder)
  • Experience working with large datasets, including standardizing and analyzing
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Ability and willingness to work a demanding schedule, which can reach 70+ hours per week at peak times and can be expected to include evenings and weekends.
