• Lead in-house therapy teams throughout Texas on an interim, as needed basis • Deliver the best care possible to patients and residents • Develop programs in long term care, functional maintenance, and other areas of professional passion

• Direct and supervise fire prevention personnel, including fire inspectors, fire plans examiners, and administrative staff. • Establish division goals, objectives, policies, and performance standards. • Conduct employee evaluations, coaching, disciplinary actions, and professional development activities. • Prepare and administer division budgets and resource allocations. • Oversee fire and life safety inspections of commercial, industrial, institutional, and multi-family occupancies. • Ensure compliance with applicable fire codes, regulations, and standards. • Review inspection reports and enforcement actions for consistency and legal compliance. • Manage the review of construction plans, tenant improvements, fire protection systems, and development projects. • Interpret and enforce applicable editions of the International Fire Code (IFC), California Fire Code (if applicable), NFPA standards, and local ordinances. • Direct public fire safety education programs. • Collaborate with building officials, planning departments, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders.

• Define and lead a strategy that connects patients, caregivers, and HCPs to relevant clinical trial opportunities by partnering with ClinOps and Medical Affairs teams • Clearly communicate and disseminate scientific messaging to patients, caregivers, and HCPs by producing content for BeOne-owned and third-party channels • Identify and recruit subject matter experts to speak on behalf of BeOne’s scientific mission • Liaise with Patient Advocacy to ensure that patient voices and content are consistently pulled through digital experiences • Partner with engineering, UX research, design, marketing, and data science to deliver integrated, scalable experiences • Use data, experimentation, and user research to identify friction points and build solutions that deepen engagement and trust • Establish and monitor relevant KPIs including engagement, satisfaction, performance, accessibility, and conversion • Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and WCAG standards while maintaining frictionless user experiences • Drive agile execution, sprint planning, and release management across internal and external partners • Champion a customer-first culture, balancing measurable impact with empathy, inclusion, and accessibility • Manage CLL Navigator social media presence, including partnerships with patient advocacy groups

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the SIR Foundation endowment • Cultivate and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals • Lead fundraising, cultivation, and special events • Develop tailored donor engagement and solicitation plans • Track fundraising metrics and generate reports • Manage the DonorPerfect CRM • Design and implement comprehensive stewardship strategies for individual donors • Oversee the management of the SIR Foundation Gala Committee
