• Orchestrating Exceptional Care: Proactively manage the master calendar to ensure 100% service coverage. • High-Volume Bilingual Communication: Serve as the primary English/Spanish liaison with clients, families, and caregivers via high-volume phone calls, emails, and SMS. • Administrative Precision & Documentation: Maintain meticulous, real-time records in G-Suite and Slack, including detailed call notes, shift documentation, and tracking missed clock-ins/outs. • Creative Conflict Resolution: Navigate scheduling friction points and unexpected scenarios with extreme patience, negotiating "win-win" solutions that maintain high-quality care standards. • Proactive Staffing: Calling active and inactive caregivers to verify availability and maintaining a "ready" talent pool for upcoming needs.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1 year of BPO experience (Customer Service or Sales) AND 1 year of scheduling or staffing experience.
- Language: Advanced English (95%-100% proficiency). Near-native verbal skills are required for US-based phone coordination.
- Software: Working knowledge of G-Suite (Drive, Sheets, Gmail) and Slack.
- Technical Setup: * High-speed internet (10-15 Mbps minimum). Noise-canceling headset + 2 monitors. Reliable Backup Power Supply (UPS/Generator) – Required for local power stability.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
