• Design and develop applications using Confluent Kafka • Build custom adaptors and connectors tailored to business requirements • Develop and maintain KSQL scripts and Kafka Streams (KStream) applications • Implement event-driven and real-time data streaming solutions • Conduct performance tuning and fine-tuning of custom adaptors and connectors • Optimize applications running on Confluent cluster nodes for scalability and reliability • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in streaming pipelines • Implement application-level security models including RBAC and ACLs • Configure encryption mechanisms and secure communication (SSL/mTLS) • Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and best practices • Develop and maintain deployment scripts for Topics, Connectors, Streams, Adaptors, and KSQL components • Manage promotion of changes across development, staging, and production environments • Ensure deployment processes align with organizational release schedules • Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and defect resolution for Kafka-based systems • Provide hands-on debugging and issue resolution in distributed environments • Coordinate with testing teams to validate production readiness • Support Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Assist during staging and production go-live events • Ensure smooth rollout and post-deployment validation

• Create design tools for CAD/CAM software, ensuring performance and usability. • Provide CAD/CAM-specific technical knowledge to a developer team currently lacking this expertise. • Support the development of online CAD/CAM platforms and browser-based apps, helping scale solutions to production. • Estimate time and provide progress updates (at least 3x weekly) to the team lead. • Take initiative in problem solving and supporting a small but growing team, helping close key knowledge gaps in CAD/CAM tool development.
