Job Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and reside within the country.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Passion for cruise travel and a desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or sales is preferred but not required.

• Drive a tipper truck to designated locations across London to collect rubbish, including household waste, garden waste, and construction debris. • Safely load and unload rubbish onto the tipper truck using appropriate equipment, ensuring proper disposal and adherence to waste management regulations. • Efficiently plan routes to maximize collection productivity and minimize travel time between locations. • Conduct routine maintenance checks on the tipper truck to ensure in good working condition, reporting any issues to management promptly. • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while operating the tipper truck, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). • Interact professionally with tenants and members of the public while collecting rubbish, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a courteous manner. • Maintain accurate records of rubbish collections, and any incidents or issues encountered during work shifts. • Carry out deliveries of white goods, beds and mattresses etc and build flat pack furniture as required.
• Engage both small groups and individuals to achieve measurable personal and professional growth • Support the coaching component of talent development programs • Include individual non-program specific coaching
• Receive inbound calls and conduct case intake from a queue for 6-8 hours per day • Provide consultation on general policy questions, drive resolution for less complex cases • Identify cases requiring escalation and complete required documentation • Answer basic questions and refer managers to the correct Employee Relations Tools or resources as needed
