• Engage both small groups and individuals to achieve measurable personal and professional growth • Support the coaching component of talent development programs • Include individual non-program specific coaching
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years related work experience in a corporate environment
- Strong business context and business acumen is needed for success
- Experience in wellness/well-being industry/coaching is preferred
- Experience logging coaching session notes, scheduling coaching sessions, tracking engagements with clients, and documenting key milestones and metrics in relation to the coaching engagement
- Experience conducting coaching sessions via Zoom and using Google Gsuite for all tracking purposes
- Must be either an ICF credentialed coach (ACC, PCC or MCC) or National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)
- Advanced degree or equivalent work experience
- Mastery in the following key skills: coaching, consulting, facilitation, supporting and leading change, strategic and conceptual thinking, influencing, project management, organizational/business dynamics, operational effectiveness, communication, empathy, values identification, and strengths identification
- Fluent Languages (including English): Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish
