Job Description

District Manager – Contract Channel

Electrolux Group

• Drive growth within assigned markets by developing strong relationships with builders, distributors, general contractors, designers, architects, and multi-family partners. • Lead the execution of strategic sales, margin, and market-share initiatives while identifying new contract opportunities and expanding profitable product placement. • Convert leads to bids and bids to contracts by leveraging CRM/lead systems and understanding key builders across Single Family, Multi-Family, and MRO segments. • Conduct product training and merchandising support in showrooms to drive specification, floor placement, and contract opportunities. • Monitor competitive activity, inventory levels, and open orders, providing insights and recommending adjustments as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Post Secondary Education
  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally within the appliance, builder, or related industry.
  • Proven track record in merchandising, territory management, and closing sales in builder or contract markets.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse customer groups.
  • High energy, self-driven, and able to manage extensive travel within territory.
