Junior DevOps Engineer, Amazon Connect

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment workflows • Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Amazon Connect, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.) • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation • Monitor system performance and reliability using observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.) • Automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency • Ensure system security, compliance, and best practices in cloud environments • Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes and troubleshoot issues • Manage logging, alerting, and incident response processes

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud services
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, or similar)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred)
  • Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools
