• Responsible for designing and producing plans for a wide range of land development projects including commercial sites, subdivisions, apartment buildings, roads, and more • Main contact for a group of clients ensuring high standards are met • Tactical work including grading, drainage and pond design, water and sewer design, and road design • Research on local requirements, laws, and ordinances that affect the design • Coordinate with Technical Staff and Reviewers • Adhere to drafting and design standards

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)
  • Professional Engineer license with the capability of getting licensed in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina (required)
  • 10+ years’ experience in engineering design preferred
  • Experience in projects based in South East Coast (required)
  • Experience using AutoCAD (AutoCAD Civil 3D would be a plus)
  • Experience in land/site development design and permitting
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
