SQUAD LEADER – TOURISM

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, planning, review, retrospective) with a focus on value delivery and engagement; • Ensure ceremonies occur according to schedule, with active participation and a clear focus on each ceremony's objectives; • Monitor cadence, workflow and delivery efficiency; • Assess and track teams' agile maturity, promoting continuous improvement; • Foster collaboration, self-organization, transparency and distributed decision-making; • Facilitate group and one-on-one development activities; • Monitor workflow, lead time, throughput and delivery frequency; • Support the team in customer-oriented prioritization and focusing on the highest-impact deliveries; • Contribute to creating predictable, sustainable and results-oriented environments; • Identify and remove technical, organizational or communication impediments; • Support conflict mediation and promote a safe, collaborative and productive environment; • Ensure impediments are logged, tracked and resolved promptly; • Facilitate retrospectives and ensure improvement actions are implemented; • Encourage continuous learning, experimentation and Lean practices; • Contribute to the evolution of the organization's agile culture; • Track teams' agile metrics (lead time, Cumulative Flow Diagram - CFD, WIP, throughput, predictability); • Prepare reports and support managers and Product Owners with performance insights; • Use data to identify bottlenecks, opportunities and areas for team improvement; • Conduct trainings and workshops on agile methods, practices and tools; • Support Product Owners, analysts and developers in understanding their roles within the framework; • Act as a coach to build high-performing teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or related fields;
- Experience facilitating agile ceremonies, leading ceremonies and promoting collaborative dynamics among teams;
- Experience managing agile metrics, monitoring indicators and using data to drive continuous improvements and decision-making;
- Knowledge of feedback culture practices and continuous improvement, encouraging development, learning and team growth;
- Strong conflict resolution and impediment removal skills, acting with mediation, negotiation and a solution-oriented approach;
- Experience coaching and mentoring teams, supporting both technical and behavioral development of team members;
- Knowledge of agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS and the Spotify model;
- Experience with agile methodologies, managing multidisciplinary squads and overseeing deliveries;
- Collaborative and communicative profile, facilitative leadership style and results-oriented.
