• Design and develop RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere to automate business processes and improve efficiency • Build and enhance web automation workflows using browser automation packages to support business process execution • Create and maintain Excel VBA macros to enable seamless integration within automation workflows • Troubleshoot and optimize existing bots to ensure performance stability and minimize operational disruptions • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and identify automation opportunities that align with business needs • Develop process documentation, including PDDs, SDDs, and runbooks, to ensure clarity and maintainability of solutions • Monitor both performance and resolve failures or exceptions to ensure continuity of operations • Ensure automation solutions comply with security, audit, and governance standards • Participate in testing cycles and support deployment activities to ensure a smooth transition to production • Provide support during critical business periods, such as month-end closing cycles, to maintain process continuity

• Develop process automations using UiPath; • Perform maintenance, bug fixes and continuous improvement of existing automations; • Implement solutions based on predefined requirements (PDD and pre-defined workflows); • Ensure delivery quality by following development best practices (version control, testing and documentation); • Support the evolution and standardization of existing automations; • Develop auxiliary scripts (Python or similar), when necessary; • Work in an environment with organized demand and a high volume of deliveries.

Role Description This role sits at the centre of the platform's capability development, working directly with the users to understand what they need and then building it. You'll own the full arc: hardware integration, software development, flight validation. In the short term there's hands-on flight testing involved, and most engineers here would tell you that's one of the better parts of the job. Over time, as the team grows, you'll have more say over where you focus. The flying will happen either way.
