Licensed, Certified Residential Appraiser – Part-Time, Flexible Volume
Impact Valuation Group, LLC
• Expand appraisal network by taking orders as per individual schedules • Work independently with full appraisal responsibilities • Collaborate with IVG for administrative support in scheduling and payments
Job Requirements
- Active Residential Appraiser license in good standing (state-licensed)
- Current E&O insurance meeting lender requirements
- USPAP-compliant appraisal practice with strong attention to quality and detail
- Ability to complete residential appraisal assignments independently and professionally
- Reliable communication and responsiveness throughout the appraisal process
- Familiarity with common appraisal software and forms (e.g., UAD-compliant reports)
- Ability to meet reasonable turn times while maintaining quality standards
- Professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners, agents, and lender partners
- Access to reliable transportation and tools required to complete field inspections
- Willingness to complete IVG onboarding and panel setup requirements
