Performance Media Coordinator

• Leadership and Mentoring: Conduct one-on-one career development conversations and monthly mentoring sessions, assessing team members' development and performance needs and ensuring the creation and execution of Individual Development Plans (IDPs). • Hours and Project Management: Assign and monitor daily and ongoing operational tasks, acting as the reference point for prioritization and escalation of complex issues. • Quality Assurance (QA): Maintain overall responsibility for the team's media execution QA, including review of budgets, pacing, segmentation, and targeting, among other aspects. • Campaign Strategy and Architecture: Design campaigns according to market best practices and client needs, defining setup logic for in-scope and adjacent platforms. • Client Management and Relationship Building: Ensure client success and compliance with SLAs, acting as the primary point of contact (PoC) in day-to-day interactions to build trust and rapport. • Business Growth: Flag opportunities for incremental services and co-lead conversations, using knowledge of the client's business to inform strategy. • Participate actively in meetings with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring expectations and needs are understood and met. • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic, optimizing results and aligning with business objectives. • Create media plans that maximize campaign impact and achieve established KPIs. • Support the team in monitoring and executing campaigns from launch through final reporting, ensuring deliverables align with forecasts and set goals.
Job Requirements
- Advanced or Fluent English: Essential for effective communication in an international environment and for interacting with global stakeholders.
- Expertise in Performance Digital Media: Solid experience creating, optimizing, and managing campaigns across various digital media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and programmatic.
- People Management and Development: Proven track record in leading teams, managing people, and developing talent, with a focus on individual growth plans.
- Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to make independent decisions, take initiative, and manage complex situations effectively.
- Commitment to Deadlines and Results: Ability to manage multiple demands and ensure delivery of results within established deadlines with a high level of accountability.

• Must be available for at least one (1) ~60 day rotation OCONUS annually, plus additional training/screening events. • Provide full-spectrum emergency medicine in austere and limited resource environments • Perform examinations, making diagnoses and treating or prescribing a course of treatment for patients with routine and emergency conditions • Provide consultation and advice to patients and customers as the emergency medicine SME • Work with members of a small team • Assist a general surgeon and anesthesia provider in the provision of perioperative care • Conduct and supervise direct patient care, including damage control resuscitation in an austere environment with limited resources • Plan and conduct Critical Care Air Transport (CCAT) missions for ICU level patients • Based on qualifications and experience, may function in a leadership position • Supervise attached medical personnel (Physician Assistants, Nurses, Medics, etc.) as required • Document care provided and complete medical records in accordance with VIGILINT policy • Perform special staff functions as required
