Performance Media Specialist

• Actively participate in meetings with clients and key stakeholders to ensure expectations and needs are understood and met; proactively demonstrate accountability and engagement in client management. • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic, optimizing performance and aligning with business objectives. • Create media plans that maximize campaign impact and achieve established KPIs. • Produce campaign performance reports using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio. • Support the team in monitoring and executing campaigns—from launch through final report delivery—ensuring deliverables align with projections and targets. • Develop and optimize performance ads within CPC/PPC models. • Organize incoming requests and reassign work to other project members when necessary; take responsibility for project management and routine processes. • Contribute to the technical development and upskilling of peers and other team members involved in projects.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced or fluent English: essential for effective communication in an international environment and with global stakeholders.
  • Expertise in digital performance media: proven experience creating, optimizing, and managing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and programmatic.
  • Data-driven mindset: analyze paid campaign results to guide strategic decisions and optimizations that improve performance.
  • Autonomy and proactivity: ability to make independent decisions, take initiative, and manage complex situations effectively.
  • Commitment to deadlines and results: manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed timelines with a high level of accountability.
