Media Platforms Specialist
Brasil Monks
• Serve as the technical and consultative point of reference for agency teams across portfolio media, supporting set-ups, optimizations, best practices, and operational queries; • Monitor investments and performance of partner media, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency for each client; • Support leadership in strategic relationships with media partners, contributing to the development of new collaboration opportunities and programs; • Interface with partners and internal teams for alignments, follow-ups, and tracking, ensuring visibility of requests and continuity of workflows; • Analyze market and performance data to identify trends and growth levers relevant to the media portfolio; • Develop and present supporting materials, case studies, and reports that demonstrate the impact and value of the Hub's solutions to clients and internal stakeholders; • Keep up with platform updates and releases, documenting learnings and disseminating information to teams in a clear and organized manner.
Job Requirements
- Experience in paid media, with hands-on experience in at least one of the platforms in scope (Spotify Ads, Mercado Ads, Eletromidia, or similar);
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations;
- Strong interpersonal communication and ability to transition between different teams with clarity and objectivity;
- Organized, with a sense of priorities and the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously;
- Proactive, collaborative profile with a genuine desire to grow with the team;
- Intermediate English - reading and comprehension.
- Differentials:
- Experience with retail media or programmatic media platforms;
- Familiarity with full-funnel metrics and cross-channel performance analysis;
- Experience presenting results to clients or internal stakeholders;
- Knowledge of organization and workflow tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar;
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence or data visualization tools.

• Must be available for at least one (1) ~60 day rotation OCONUS annually, plus additional training/screening events. • Provide full-spectrum emergency medicine in austere and limited resource environments • Perform examinations, making diagnoses and treating or prescribing a course of treatment for patients with routine and emergency conditions • Provide consultation and advice to patients and customers as the emergency medicine SME • Work with members of a small team • Assist a general surgeon and anesthesia provider in the provision of perioperative care • Conduct and supervise direct patient care, including damage control resuscitation in an austere environment with limited resources • Plan and conduct Critical Care Air Transport (CCAT) missions for ICU level patients • Based on qualifications and experience, may function in a leadership position • Supervise attached medical personnel (Physician Assistants, Nurses, Medics, etc.) as required • Document care provided and complete medical records in accordance with VIGILINT policy • Perform special staff functions as required
