• Review and provide remote EEG monitoring and documentation • View and report on the status of EEG and video recording as well as electrode impedances and data integrity • Provide troubleshooting support during shift for issues that may arise requiring contact with the patient or equipment vendor • Oversee the adequate function of the EEG recording system and electrodes • Contact appropriate personnel and/or patient to assist when recording or integrity issues occur • Review EEG data for documentation of normal and abnormal EEG patterns and clinical symptoms • Prepare preliminary technologist reports as requested • Carry out additional duties as needed to support both patient care and technical operations

• Actively prospecting via cold calls and emails to build a healthy sales pipeline with a focus on defined target segments. • Identifying maximum opportunities that are large-sized and can close faster. • Liaise and work with the field sales teams to build and grow the sales pipeline of qualified opportunities to support their revenue targets and quota. • Engage and nurture prospects to build curiosity in Replicon’s products, elicit interest to evaluate them and harness the buying intent of decision makers and influencers.

• Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans to enhance business growth and market presence. • Provide timely initial response to prospective franchisee leads by phone, text, and email • Lead acquisition source management • Pipeline management • Manage and accurately maintain prospect information in Salesforce and company-maintained source documents • Provide franchise prospects with information regarding the franchise search process and requirements • Send out information packages to franchisee pre-qualified prospects • Review and verify that all documentation has been received from prospect • Review confidential financial prospect information and compare to predetermined guidelines to determine if the qualifications have been met • Scheduling and coordination of franchise search process calls • Oversee all vendor relationships • Participate in company meetings, webinars and conference calls • Other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements • Prepare reports and presentations for management on project progress and market analysis.
