• Manage a small, dynamic team operating nationally across Brazil. • Lead the team's work in supporting and engaging members, recruiting new members, and increasing their participation in climate, energy, procurement, and waste challenges. • Together with the Board Chair and the Board, develop PHS's annual strategies and work plans. • Work side-by-side with the Board Chair to develop strategies and tactics for PHS growth. • Engage and coordinate with the HCWH International team, maintaining close communication and strategic alignment with HCWH's global and regional teams, and collaborate with HCWH's global climate team. • Lead the implementation of PHS's climate strategy, the growth and development of the Health Care Climate Challenge, the development of the energy challenge, and programmatic connections with the procurement program, GGHH and other global projects. • Monitor and track the alignment of PHS strategy with HCWH's global climate strategy. • Manage PHS plans and budgets and oversee their successful implementation, ensuring effective use of resources and timely donor reporting. • Supervise the administrative assistant and support administrative and financial management and audits, under the supervision of the treasurer and the Board Chair. • Lead PHS efforts to integrate healthcare into climate policy and climate considerations into health policy in Brazil.

• Actively pursue and secure new business by cultivating relationships with property investors, brokers, and real estate agents. • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals by identifying and capitalizing on lending opportunities. • Negotiate and present compelling loan terms, creating customized solutions to meet client needs and drive deal closures. • Build and maintain a network of real estate investors and referral partners, including brokers and realtors, to create a steady flow of high-quality leads. • Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to strategically target opportunities and maximize sales potential. • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. • Maintain a dynamic pipeline of potential deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient progression from lead generation to loan closing. • Consistently update the CRM system to reflect the status of prospects, applications, and active clients. • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes. • Partner with internal teams such as Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations to ensure smooth and timely loan processing. • Represent Dunmor at trade shows, industry conferences, and other events to establish the company as a trusted brand in real estate financing.

• Coordinate activities with main office Project Manager to complete project within the given budget and time frame • Effectively manage people involved in projects to ensure all policies and procedures are followed to the company guidelines • Observe and inspect construction to ensure adherence to specifications and contact documents • Supervise, verify and approve the work of subcontractors according to the job specifications • Provide daily verbal and written communication to office-based Project Manager concerning progress and delays • Follow and enforce Company Safety, Environmental and Quality Standards at all times • Other duties as assigned

• Review and provide remote EEG monitoring and documentation • View and report on the status of EEG and video recording as well as electrode impedances and data integrity • Provide troubleshooting support during shift for issues that may arise requiring contact with the patient or equipment vendor • Oversee the adequate function of the EEG recording system and electrodes • Contact appropriate personnel and/or patient to assist when recording or integrity issues occur • Review EEG data for documentation of normal and abnormal EEG patterns and clinical symptoms • Prepare preliminary technologist reports as requested • Carry out additional duties as needed to support both patient care and technical operations
