Superpower
• Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — for enterprise and consultant-led opportunities. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives, HR leaders, consultants, and brokers. • Leverage your network to accelerate pipeline development. • Shape pricing, packaging, and objection-handling tools with leadership. • Develop the sales playbook, ROI frameworks, and enablement tools for future scaling. • Partner with Marketing and Outbound to generate qualified demand.
Job Requirements
- 7–10+ years in enterprise sales or consultant-led benefits ecosystem.
- Proven record of closing $500K+ ACV enterprise deals.
- Strong, trusted relationships across the benefits ecosystem.
- Consultative seller able to align and influence executive stakeholders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and category creation; strong storytelling skills.
- Bonus: early-stage startup or category-defining company experience.

• Support quote creation, validation, and submission in Salesforce CPQ • Partner with sales to structure complex deals that align with pricing guidelines and business goals • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, RevOps, and Product for deal approval • Identify opportunities to streamline and scale the quoting and deal approval process • Maintain documentation for deal structures, approval workflows, and pricing exceptions • Provide guidance on contract terms, order forms, and amendments to ensure accuracy and consistency • Track deal desk metrics and help refine policies to improve deal velocity and close rates • Serve as a subject matter expert on pricing, discounting, and contract best practices
