In this role, you will lead a team responsible for developing employee data HR management module, focusing on the feature and infra aspects of the module. This is the most important entity in HiBob and responsible for most data in the system. Your team will design, implement, and maintain employee data & profile, both frontend and backend, be responsible for the data layer, data flows, work closely with the team's product manager on defining new functionalities and improving existing features. As an Engineering Team Leader, you will be in charge of hiring, onboarding, growing, and mentoring your team of backend and frontend engineers, while working closely with our Product team to build and execute on a roadmap of exciting features. You should be passionate about people management as well as software engineering and building a product end-to-end, as your team will be responsible for owning the dev cycle from the technical design, through coding and testing, to deployment and monitoring.
