• Support members, providers, and pharmacies by responding to pharmacy-related inquiries, benefit questions, prior authorization requests, and claims-related issues • Research and resolve pharmacy claims, eligibility, coverage, and medication-related concerns while maintaining service level expectations • Review, document, and process pharmacy transactions and requests in accordance with client, regulatory, and operational guidelines • Collaborate with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders to support quality service delivery and member satisfaction

• Help create the power in Gainwell’s processes as we develop purpose-built technologies and solutions that yield better health and human services outcomes • Share your expertise as you support the Business Process Services team in claims processing that adheres to policy guidelines • Meet production and quality requirements established by clients for timely claims processing • Use policy guidelines and criteria established by leadership to evaluate why a claim errored and make an adjudication decision

• Works with users and leadership to develop and/or modify procedures related to Epic applications • Explains the functioning of the assigned Epic applications to the users • Assists users with using the full functionality of the applications • Prepares input for the requirements definition • Participates in testing, user training and results evaluation • Monitors and documents post-implementation problems and revision requests • Identifies ongoing application system issues

• Perform structural and dynamic analyses to validate umbilical systems during launch and abort operations. • Evaluate disconnect timing, clearance requirements, and load conditions. • Analyze launch pad structures, support equipment, and integrated mechanical systems. • Analyze test fixtures, stands, instrumentation hardware, and leak-check equipment. • Perform structural analysis on lifting fixtures, transport frames, handling rings, and associated tooling. • Develop hand calculations and finite element analysis (FEA) models to support design validation. • Prepare analysis reports for engineering releases and design reviews. • Collaborate with design and drafting teams to support structural design decisions. • Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and safety requirements.
