Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar managerial position
- Experience leading agile teams delivering AI-based fixed-price projects while ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with project planning activities such as T-shirt sizing, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and defining acceptance criteria
- Commercial experience in managing, influencing, and measuring team performance in a global, multinational environment
- Experience monitoring and ensuring project margins and profitability
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously and switch contexts effectively
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish

Your experience with ModMed will be crucial in efficiently processing authorizations and managing communication with both medical providers and patients. - Process prior authorization requests using ModMed for a variety of medical services and procedures. - Verify patient eligibility and benefits through insurance portals and provide necessary documentation to support authorization requests. - Collaborate with healthcare providers to gather required clinical information and ensure all submissions are compliant. - Maintain accurate records of all authorizations, including approvals, denials, and follow-ups. - Communicate effectively with patients regarding their authorization status and insurance-related inquiries. - Keep track of pending requests and manage timelines to ensure timely responses from insurers.
