Program/Project Manager

• Manage the successful implementation and delivery of complex projects across a large ecosystem and role matrix • Possess the ability to influence stakeholders and interact with executive-level leaders and partners; establish and maintain key relationships with relevant stakeholders across different functional groups • Set-up, schedule, and facilitate kick-off meetings, on-going project status communications, and scrum cadences • Analyze project requirements, prepare budgets and schedules; develop a business case for project initiation • Build and maintain project plan, budget, risk & issues log, document repository and project health and status reports • Facilitate project escalations and decisions with relevant stakeholders as needed • Establish strong relationships with team, stakeholders and leadership – manage individuals on project team to ensure timely completion of tasks • Anticipate and help resolve problems, bottlenecks, and/or scheduling conflicts to ensure project deliverables remain on-time and on-budget • Collaborate and coordinate with third-party vendors as needed • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, to drive project alignment and execution • Apply strong foundational project management skills to lead diverse project types, adapting to varying team structures, domains, and delivery methodologies • Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Host process optimization and best practices workshops across the program team • Conduct employee reviews in collaboration with our People Team • Participate in recruiting and hiring to fulfill program needs
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in project management, consulting and/or relevant industry (8+ years for program managers)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency Project Management tools including MS Project & Visio
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with JIRA, Smartsheets, Airtable ServiceNow, or relevant Project Management tools
- Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies and their application in project delivery
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite / Teams / 365, including PowerPoint and Excel, with advanced analytical and communication skills via Office/Teams/365.
- Ability to speak comfortably in front of an executive audience and lead productive and pointed meetings among stakeholders
- Ability to quickly adopt potential client workplace communications and productivity platforms (e.g. Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
