Pre-Production Project Manager
Dhar Mann Studios
• Providing day-to-day admin and coordination support to the Pre-Production team • Managing calendars, calls, production meetings, and internal check-ins • Attending meetings and taking detailed notes; turning discussions into clear action items + owners • Compiling all Video Recap notes and other key meeting notes, distributing them to Sr. Producers / C-level executives / production teams, and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked through completion • Working with leadership across departments to compile notes across teams and provide concise updates/reporting to the Founder • Maintaining organized files and documentation (Google Drive / production trackers / templates) • Creating simple reports, recaps, and production updates for leadership • Supporting special projects and urgent production needs as they come up • Monitor pre-production workflow statuses and track pre-production expenses to ensure accuracy and up-to-date reporting.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years in an admin/coordinator role (production or studio experience is a plus)
- Strong written + verbal communication
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and great at follow-through
- Excellent in Google Workspace (G Suite) and Slack
- Able to prioritize fast in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work Pacific Time (PT / PST)
- Comfortable using tools to stay efficient (AI tools a plus)
