We're looking for a licensed P&C and/or Life professional to step into a key sales and service role on our team. This isn't a "sink or swim" position. We invest in our people with paid leads, marketing support, training, and mentorship — because when you grow, we grow. - A large, established book of clients — built-in opportunity to cross-sell, upsell, and grow through warm relationships, not all cold calls. - A steady stream of paid leads — funded by the agency, not coming out of your pocket. - An active marketing budget driving inbound calls, referrals, and brand visibility in our community. - A referral pipeline built over years of strong client relationships and 5-star service. - The tools, systems, and team support to help you convert opportunity into income — fast. Qualifications - Active Property & Casualty license and/or Life license required. - Life license required within 30 days of hire (we'll support you through the process if needed). - 1+ years in insurance sales or account management preferred. - Self-motivated, goal-driven, and coachable — you want to grow, and you're willing to put in the work! - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Comfortable with quoting systems, CRM tools, and a fast-paced day. - A team player who shows up, follows through, and takes pride in the work.
