Job Description
Organic Social Media Specialist
Full Funnel Growth
Role Description Full Funnel Growth is a remote performance marketing agency. Our clients are eCommerce and B2C brands across CPG, food and beverage, lifestyle, and specialty retail. We are hiring a part-time contract Organic Social Media Specialist to create content, run community, and grow brand audiences across our eCommerce client roster. You will work under the Account Strategist leading each client's integrated marketing program across creative, email, SEO, and social. What you will own - Content strategy and monthly content calendars rooted in brand positioning, built around content pillars that connect brand identity, product, and audience. - Content creation across formats: Reels, carousels, static posts, and Stories, produced from curated brand asset libraries and original capture within defined visual and tonal systems. - Community management: comment responses, DM engagement, brand monitoring. You are the brand's voice in conversation, not just on the feed. - Cultural moment activation: identifying and executing on seasonal beats, trending topics, and the cultural spaces where each brand's audience lives. - Growth strategy and audience development: building follower bases with intention, not vanity metrics. - Editorial calendar management with content staged and approved before it goes live. - Monthly reporting on social performance with exact figures, not vibes. How we work, and what we expect on AI - You have used Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, or a comparable tool as part of how you actually work. - You are eager to go deeper. Our team automates the repetitive parts of marketing ops, and you will be expected to learn our tools and contribute over time. - You stay current on what the platforms are shipping: algorithm changes, new formats, creator tools, and the way engagement keeps evolving. What we are not - Not a generalist marketing role. We need real organic social reps. - Not an influencer management role. This is brand-owned social. - Not a "schedule posts in Later and check the box" operation. You will create, test, and iterate. - Not a place where community management is an afterthought. Qualifications - 4 to 6 years of hands-on organic social management, with direct experience running brand accounts on Instagram and at least one of TikTok, Facebook, or Pinterest. - Content creation ability: you can shoot, edit, and produce Reels and short-form video with a phone and basic tools. - Design competence in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong brand voice instinct: you can internalize guidelines and produce content that feels native to the brand. - Community management experience with a real brand, including comment moderation and DM responses. - Comfort reading social analytics and turning data into decisions. - Client-facing communication skills: you will join calls, present content plans, and represent the agency directly to brand stakeholders. - Remote work track record with strong written communication. Nice to have - Experience with eCommerce or B2C brands, especially CPG, food and beverage, or lifestyle. - Experience bringing a brand back to social after a dormant period or relaunch. - Photography or videography skills beyond phone capture. - Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite). - Understanding of how organic social integrates with email, SEO, and paid media in a full-funnel program. Compensation and logistics - Engagement: 1099 contractor, part-time - Hours: ~15 to 20 hours per week, all time tracked in ClickUp - Location: Fully remote, US preferred - Reports to: Account Strategist - Rate: Hourly, commensurate with experience - Ramp: Structured onboarding with brand guidelines immersion, asset library orientation, and manager review on early content - Start: ASAP How to apply - A short intro, one paragraph, not a cover letter. Why organic social and why eCommerce brands. - Resume or LinkedIn. - 2 to 3 social content examples you created and published for a brand, with strategy notes. - One community management or cultural moment example you executed. - One AI-native habit you already have.
